Can We Make School Bullying Illegal?

It should be considered assault. The parents should be fined a $1000 every time their son or daughter tries to bully another.

Schools cannot solve this. Bullying only reflects the poor training by the parents. It is all a parents fault for doing a pathetic job on raising a brat. A child can be raised to grow up whatever way you like them to be only if their parent’s set an example themselves first. The best leaders always lead by example. Naturally, Kids always look up to their parents, however it is easier said than done.

The other problem is the negative influence that is so readily available now more than ever. Back when I was growing up, we got like 1 hour of tv to watch in the evening. There were DOS based computers, no internet. The exposure to all the negative elements never existed. Now all you have to do is hop online or watch some evil shows on TV any time of the day.

Society can only be rid of this epidemic when parents started acting like real role models to their kids. Bullying starts at home. Since that will never happen, bullying will never stop. I’ll vote on fine the parents a $1000 bill!

Is Technology Putting Movie Theaters Out of Business?

I also prefer to watch movies at home, the movie theater are ok but like you said, I don’t need to 10 dollars for a drink and pop corn. Screw that!

Instead I can watch them at home, even turn the volume up as much as I like, and it sounds better than any cinema’s dolby crap. Mostly, I watch all of my movies via Netflix streaming directly to my TV via Xbox, its a beautiful thing.

But, I am not sure if I can say that they are going out of business because they are still sold out when a blockbuster hits the big screen. They are actually building a theater by my house right now which will have waiters serving actual dinners and real drinks, have reclining seats with only 1 seat next to you. BUT the cost is like $25 for 1 ticket and that does NOT include anything on the menu. It will be a rip off, because I can do all that at home except the waiters.

I am just not sure if Obama is using the right approach at reforming the healthcare. One thing for sure that a reform is needed, but what does it mean to us taxpayers? If it means, more money…then to hell with this plan. If it means less money out of our pocket, then i’m all for it.

You know i’ve never been a fan of tablet computers but if it is something like a Microsoft Surface, then it is super cool. As you said, i’m sure people will be throwing there money to get this regardless.
