Leonardo da Vinci, a mysterious, remote and probably the most diversely talented person to have ever lived. He was probably the only man ever who was jack of all trades and master of all. You can learn more about Leonardo da Vinci over here.
As I have mentioned before, one of the purpose of this blog is to share some of the best content on the web. Anything that will help you, a story or article that you might have missed, pictures that will put a smile on your face, news that will make you wonder and give you an opportunity to connect with your friends and share if you  like something you see.
Having said that, I ran into this site dedicated to the amazing drawings of Leonardo da Vinci (http://drawingsofleonardo.org). They have brought together a collection of drawings that tells a story of a man who was an inventor, surgeon, architect, sculptor, engineer and then some. Click here to see more drawings
After I saw some of these drawings, I wanted to see the paintings by Leonardo. Most people only know about either the Mona Lisa or The Last Supper but he has painted a large collection of paintings that are priceless and worth taking a look. Drawing such amazing art work more than 500 years ago makes Leonardo da Vinci probably the best artist to have ever lived. I found a pretty cool site that features most of his paintings that are worth a look if you are into Art. Click here to view all paintings of Leonardo da Vinci.
Buy the The Complete Paintings and Drawings (Hardcover) from Amazon: Lying open, this unutterably wonderful book is almost the size of the Mona Lisa and about as hefty as a slab of The Last Supper’s monastery wall. All 34 paintings are here (including what we know of the lost ones), many with huge and immensely illuminating details, plus 663 drawings and almost anything else that Leonardo da Vinci did in his life. A collectors item for people interested in Art, History and Leondardo da Vinci.
